Professional Experience

Michael has 10 years experience trading Bond and Equity Index futures as a Proprietary Trader. He gained valuable experience into becoming established in a competitive field and maintaining high levels of performance through time.

 

Since 2018, alongside trading, Michael has nurtured and mentored numerous aspiring traders into successful and established traders. He designed and implemented the trainee program for Star Beta Australia, a Proprietary Trading firm in Sydney, and currently manages a group of their experienced traders.

 

Michael started his professional life as a teacher. Primarily a Physical Education teacher having gained a Bachelor of Teaching and Bachelor of Physical Education from Newcastle University in 2005.

 

Michael combines this experience within a framework of thought provoking enquiry and requisite personal accountability to help individuals and small groups manage how the rest of their life, interacts with their performance, going through time.
